The #4 Spot Has Been Claimed With wins over both Matt Guy and Steve Vanderver in a recent Spotlight Tournament in Kentucky and also another Spotlight win in Cincinnati, Dale Smith has clearly claimed the #4 spot in the National rankings and possibly higher. He also finished 2nd in a recent Spotlight Tournament in Columbus.
